Engineered to seamlessly integrate with our tubular, K-2, and K-3 thimbles this shackle features a thermic diffusion sherardized surface on the bow, bolt, nut, and an oversized hot-dip galvanized safety split pin for added strength and longevity.
Enhanced with a deep orange powder coating, our TSR Grade 60 Shackles are distinguished by their wide gap opening, extended inner height, and width. The oversized bolt, paired with a nut boasting an oversized hole, facilitates effortless assembly of the split pin or copper bolt.
Constructed from age-resistant quenched and tempered G60 alloy in both the bolt and bow, our shackles conform to EN 13889 standards and are certified to EN 10204-3.1 for stringent chemical and mechanical properties. Each bolt originates from the same steel charge as the bow and is accordingly ID-marked.
Additionally, our Grade 60 Shackles hold certification to NS 9415:2009
